Participants must be 8 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
Are you dying to cook your own meals and learn new recipes, but you just don't have any kitchen skills yet? If so, this is the camp for you! We will spend the week working on basic skills that every home cook needs. We'll explore kitchen equipment and safety, knife skills, recipes every good cook should know, and how to start improvising and experimenting in the kitchen! By the end of the week, you'll be confident enough to prep and cook food on your own! (Note: We will use real chef knives in this camp with adult supervision.)
